Account & login
- Didn't receive a verification email? Check spam, then tap Resend Code in the app.
- Forgot your password? Use Forgot Password on the login screen.
- Signed up with Apple or Google? Use the same method to sign in — no separate password.
- To delete your account, see our Delete Account page.
Scently Pro & billing
- Subscriptions are managed through Apple App Store or Google Play, not inside the app.
- iOS: Settings → [Your name] → Subscriptions → Scently
- Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & Subscriptions → Scently
- After reinstalling, open the app and tap Restore Purchases on the Pro screen if needed.
App issues & feedback
- Found a bug? Email us with your device model, OS version, and steps to reproduce.
- Feature ideas are welcome — we read every message.
